Features：
1. The control system is industrial-grade PLC with strong anti-interference.
2. The operation is English touch screen operation,various parameters are clear at a glance, simple and convenient, suitable for new workers, easy to teach, easy to learn, easy to guide.
3. The filling valve adopts Swiss technology pneumatic valve, and the overall material is 304 and PTFE material, strong corrosion resistance (316 material can also be customized).
4. Valves are installed at the front end of each filling valve: one can adjust the flow; two can reduce the impulse and reduce foam; three is convenient for maintenance.
5. After filling, there is a closing device at the outlet of the pneumatic valve to prevent dripping.
6. The position of the filling valve can be adjusted up and down, left and right, so as to be suitable for bottles of different sizes.
7. Each filling valve can be used alone without affecting each other.
8. With weight measurement and volume measurement, the measurement method can be changed at any time.
9.When measuring by weight, it has three levels of filling speed and filling volume: fast, medium and slow, so as to ensure extremely high filling accuracy.
10. During volume measurement, the pulse value can be set arbitrarily.
11. Submersible filling to minimize the overflow of bubbles.
12. Install moving wheels with brakes.
